1. All Sales Final (Devices & Accessories) All sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds. We only accept returns for items that are confirmed to be defective out of the box.
2. 14-Day Replacement for Defective Items If a product is defective, we will offer a direct replacement for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase date. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the original receipt.
3. Restocking Fee In the rare event that an exception is made and a return or exchange is authorized by management for a non-defective item, a 25% restocking fee will be firmly applied.
4. Repair Services Warranty All repair services are non-refundable. We stand behind our work and provide a 15-day warranty on the parts replaced during the repair. Please Note: This warranty is strictly voided if the device sustains any subsequent physical damage, screen cracking, or liquid/water damage after leaving our store.
