This warning does not limit our obligations or your rights. 30-day commercial warranty on all repairs, starting when the device is returned to you. The commercial repair warranty covers the problem that was repaired: new and separate damage, including misuse, an impact or liquid damage, is not covered. Check the device at the counter before leaving the store. Keep your receipt.
Virus and unwanted-software removal
The commercial repair warranty does not cover virus and unwanted-software removal: this service is covered by the 24-hour undertaking set out below.
If viruses or advertising pop-ups reappear within 24 hours after the device is returned to you, bring it back to us and we will perform a complete reset at no charge.
